Hello all,
I started this community with a one less a day till quit and decided yesterday to try cold turkey. It didn't work and back to the original plan. I want so much for this change and have all these plans on exercising to get it done. I am determined to regain my health and pray every day that this time is it. I even started a scrap book for this final quit and want to fill it up with my progress on becoming fit. Wish me luck and glad you all are all here!
