Fourth Day and Counting

Still here.  Still not smoking.  But I think about it all the time.  It also seems that I want one all the time, even when I'm eating or taking a shower.  Working around normal triggers at home (waking up, coffee, after meals, etc.) is getting better.  Driving with Tootsie Pops seems to be working.  Still waiting on that new burst of energy when I'm running.  So long for now.
