So...between yesterday and today i have been suffering with a bad back. Went to doc who told me it is muscle spasms. Giving me a mild muscle relaxant. The reason for this blog is that i didnt even consider smoking today! Nor.ally if i was home sick with something (other than respitory) it def would have been a pack for the day! I didnt flinch not once! I am dealing with the pain smoke free! I am roud of myself! NO EXCUSES! YAY ME!
