I read all of your replies...Thank u soooo much!  Just smoked my last cigarette...gonna use the patch my doctor prescribed because i have found success with it years ago before having that "just 1" that threw me right back in.  I know better now...THANK U ALL FOR YOUR INSPIRATION!  I CAN DO THIS!!!!!
