Hi everyone! I quit vaping 15 days ago after 15+  years of smoking and 5+ years of vaping. I've been reading this site and your posts every day since I quit. Reading about your experiences and heeding your advice has made a huge difference. Thank you for being here! After realizing how crucial it has been to my success so far I decided to create my own profile in case I can help anyone else who is just starting out, and to set myself up for personal support when I need it (and I will!).
