I’m at 72ish days of no cigs. The last relapse I had happened around 75 days. My girlfriend has been doing a great job not smoking around me. Today she verbalized that she was going out for a smoke and I really wanted one. I did not succumb. I’ve come too far to start over now.

I even had a challenging couple of days and still didn’t smoke.
