The Quit It app is SO helpful. This quit is my first time using it and I feel like it’s giving me the extra motivation that I need to stay on track. It calculates how much money and time you’ve saved by not smoking. It also has a bunch of timelines that show you when you’ve achieved different health goals just by not smoking. I’m at 27 days Smoke Free!
I’ve also done yoga every day for the past 26 days. It’s becoming easier to show up for myself on the yoga mat and I’m getting a lot more flexible. Yoga has been ESSENTIAL to my quit.
I wish you all the strength that you need to not smoke today. It’s not worth it.
