This is my favorite quit ever! And I hope it’s the last.
I’m really allowing myself to experience the withdrawal and the benefits of quitting this time. It feels balanced. I had the foot tingling/pins and needles thing for 2 days straight then today I skated 7.5 miles while talking to my friend on the phone and wasn’t even winded.
