Day 30?!?!?

In 10 minutes it will be Day 30! I can’t believe that I haven’t smoked in a month! I struggled to quit for so long and here I am having success.

Daily Yoga is really helping me think more clearly.

I’m trying to learn to roll with it if I have a bad day. I have an Anxiety Disorder and every time I have a bad day I’m internally freaking out that I will never have good days again and ruminating about poor decisions...etc. Intuition is such a valuable tool. I think that if I listened to mine more I could soften those bad days. 

I hope you all are staying safe, taking deep breaths, and finding creative ways to keep loved ones close.
