Day 27 of no cigs! I woke up angry from work and then yelled at my girlfriend when she was trying to make me feel better. :/ Then I had a talk with my co-worker that I hadn’t been seeing eye to eye with. We seem to be on the same page now. I had to apologize to my girlfriend and felt terrible about this morning. Yelling is not like me at all! Could I really still be having withdrawal???
I did yoga and feel MUCH better tonight than yesterday. How does one develop mental strength?
I am so grateful for your advice and guidance. This group has made a HUGE difference in this quit.
