Monday is my quit date and I am extremely nervous and anxious. I have quit so many times and tried so many ways in the last few years and have not been successful. I just found the site figured I’d give it a try and although I feel determined this time The addiction usually gets the best of me. I know one thing that works for me is the stay away from everybody. Mostly all of my friends smoke so it’s very hard to spend time with them when I’m trying to quit. If you have any suggestions for me I am all ears .
