Good morning all waking up to day 2 of my new life as a non smoker feels really good . I applied my new patch before bed last night . So far been doing really good, the thought still pops up but I don't even want to pay attention to it I am just taking day to day . I know I can do this I just have to stick with it and not give up to the nasty nicodemon .
I started a small bag of candy to carry with me when i go places . Any suggestions for day 2 ?
