Hey, just checked my stats and it’s about 4.5 months of freedom...yay!!!! I have had some weird smoking dreams and am thrilled they have passed. Also went to my new pulmonologist 2 days ago and he said my lungs sounded good, said my numbers are good enough to try to just skip the 24 hour anoro...hope he knows what he is talking about...feeling more goopy today than usual and this is day 2...May go back to it...ugggggg COPD sucks...also wanna give a shout out to my dear friend nana...so glad you’re here

Started smoking to be cool and that was was 46 years ago with a break for boot camp and two pregnancies. Figured one cigarette with a cocktail wouldn’t hurt and now I’m diagnosed with emphysema, huh that didn’t work out as planned...you would think working in a hospital and watching your mother die of lung cancer would motivate me but apparently I’m a slow learner. Scared to quit but I know my life depends on it.
