I am at 3 months and 6 days and I swear these smoking dreams and cravings are wild...I will NOT smoke again because I have been diagnosed with COPD but just a forewarning to those who are smarter than I and quitting BEFORE it causes a disease...the no mans land is true, so be strong they say it will pass...I am enjoying those days with no cravings at all more and more...blessings to all and happy new year and new you as a non smoker...yay!!!!

Started smoking to be cool and that was was 46 years ago with a break for boot camp and two pregnancies. Figured one cigarette with a cocktail wouldn’t hurt and now I’m diagnosed with emphysema, huh that didn’t work out as planned...you would think working in a hospital and watching your mother die of lung cancer would motivate me but apparently I’m a slow learner. Scared to quit but I know my life depends on it.
