It’s been 18 days since I gave up those nasty cigs...the ones that gave me COPD at 57...the ones that are making me question every breath I take (did I get all the bad air out? Enough good air in?)....the ones that lied about being my comfort, my friend, my relaxation buddy, my dessert after every meal....disgusting, nasty little life takers....never again!!!
