Seeing a Doc should NOT be exciting

Got my referral and have my first pulmonologist appt. on Oct 31st....Halloween...seems fitting, should I dress up as a pack of cigarettes and go to my appt,? Going to write down some questions but please any of you fellow COPD’rs  out there that have any suggested ones I would truly appreciate it...day 16 without buttlips...yay me!!! And thank God for you, this support is incredible...

Started smoking to be cool and that was was 46 years ago with a break for boot camp and two pregnancies. Figured one cigarette with a cocktail wouldn’t hurt and now I’m diagnosed with emphysema, huh that didn’t work out as planned...you would think working in a hospital and watching your mother die of lung cancer would motivate me but apparently I’m a slow learner. Scared to quit but I know my life depends on it.
