Happy fall...finally feeling like it here in North Carolina but will be in the 80’s later so it’s short lived. I still find mornings tough and I’m ready to be over it. Don’t get me wrong, those nasty butts won’t get near my mouth because I know it will speed up my COPD issues so it’s not worth it....would just like the “oh darn I can’t have a cig with my coffee” feeling to GO AWAY!!! Trying to replace with “wow this coffee tastes fantastic without cigs” to be my automatic thoughts....soon I hope, have a blessed day everyone
