The days are getting hard to resist urges. Smoke mares have ended. Now my thoughts are all about cigs.

it is a struggle but I will stay quit.

MNL is not fun and it is harder without friends: the smokers don't want me around for they fear shaming (which I never would do) and the non smokers don't believe I quit. What the he** is wrong with people!
