Proud of me

Tonight my 10 yr old grand daughter comes to stay the weekend. I am EXcited to see when she notices I am quit smoking. I am proud of myself. My son is supportive (found the courage to tell him) and told me to ignore any weight gain for now. Staying an EX is the goal.
