Hi my fabulous ex-family-
Just popping in to say a quick hello and that I am back from Florida. I had a wonderful trip and it was so nice to visit with my parents. I remained smoke free during my trip! I was nervous about going there because I had always smoked. I was afraid it would be a trigger. I wasn't tempted in the least. I hope you all have a wonderful day!
