I made it through my first full day without the Juul. My friend/co-worker (and ultimate cheerleader -- she's good y'all, I should rent her out after this) joined me for a halotherapy session and desserts for dinner.
Found some things surprising: a few of the triggers I thought would be a big deal weren't, and a couple of the triggers I didn't expect to be such a big deal WERE. It was good practice in adjusting my expectations, as well as my quit plan and coping mechanisms. But I gotta say, the half hour drive home with a belly full of cake was a real gauntlet! Blasted some good music, chewed/sucked on a straw, and made it through!
