I wanted a smoke for a split second but i grabbed my phone and sat on the patio

Foot tapping heart beating hard. Boy im mad

The thought is now gone until again i blog on the patio

I beat you! you cant have me Mister smoke

Hi im michelle I started chantix 5 days ago my quit day is the 17th of this month. I have moderate COPD" diagnosed a year ago" but it has gotten worse I can feel it good news though I have found myself within the last 5 days of not smoking the whole cigarette !
