Hi well tomorrow is my quit day and I'm in the middle of a very stressful situation with my adult child but I have set rules down for her if she's going to stay with me that she needs to not smoke in my house and keep the cigarettes away out of my sight I am a weak person but determined to quit .I must .I have COPD and it's getting worse .I know if I quit it won't get better but it won't get any worse so when I lay my head down to sleep tonight I will pray for the Lord's help and help from you all that I can get through this journey. thanks for reading
