Two day quit

Tonight at 5pm i am going to start a two day quit. I moved some furniture around and started new behaviors so i am warming up to my quit day that is 12 days from today wish me luck.

I’m very shy I’ve been smoking since I was 12 I’ve been trying to quit for three months now and I have not been doing so well at it I have adhd ocd anxiety and depression I am struggling to quit but I have to find a way I’ve been having lung and heart problems
