Delay,delay,delay

Ok I’m on day three of morning delays and I am going to try a mini quit tonight by not smoking three hours before bed time so I can have a good twelve hours of  no nicotine when I wake up and then delay at least an hour after I wake up.
I haven’t been having massive cravings but a feeling of something missing.

I’m very shy I’ve been smoking since I was 12 I’ve been trying to quit for three months now and I have not been doing so well at it I have adhd ocd anxiety and depression I am struggling to quit but I have to find a way I’ve been having lung and heart problems
