I have 15 days today and am still totally counting the minutes. The comments and suggestions are great and I'm staying strong. Bottom line is that we each are in control if we choose to be. I know where the damn store is and I know I can get cigarettes anytime and start right back up. It is eye opening to read how many stories are written by people "after". After that heart attack, after the operation to remove a line or two from your lungs, after the COPD diagnosis. I'm 61 and have smoked over 40 years. I don't really want to quit. I will have to quit and I can do it now or "after".
