Well got the approval from the insurance company waiting for the dr to set up mri. Still have head cold which does seem to be getting any better. But im still smoke free . NOPE is very strong in my mind cravings have stopped because coughing and blowing my nose constantly keep my mind off cigs. So thats a good thing.
