Happy birthday to me, home alone again tonight .  Everything is done what to do besides a smoke NOPE not happening  but the feelings are there  strong, wish i had never relasped because going threw this again  just isnt worth starting again. So what do i do been for a bike ride been for a walk not worth going to bed cause I'll be  up half the night so thats not happening or i wont wake up and it will be 4 or 5 am. So what am i going to occupy  my mind with cause right now it a just have 1 just have 1 NOPE  not going to do it . So what do i do. Well im going to play some e games i guess all have a nice quit i no it gets better been there done that.
