Made it threw the day with no get and tommrrow nicotine should be out of my body again. Then co as the cravings hopefully will be smooth sailing from here on out that is after tommrrow. My sickness is a head and chest cold according to my doctor so 10 days from now should have everythi g cleaned out the way I am coughing and blowing my nose.
