Another day

As I watched my husband drive out of site this afternoon a lady put on her brakes and backed up to me rolled her window down and ask if I needed a ride ,I told her no I was just watching the man I love drive out of site and was thinking to myself what I would do without him. She said I understand your pain I just did the same my husband just left also on the road again he won't be home til Friday I told her mine won't be home til Friday either, as we began talking I noticed she took a cig from her purse I said well sorry but I need to go home well I'll  give you a ride I told her no thanks I can walk. I did not want to get into a totally stranger's car for 1 and for 2 I didn't want to be around another person smoking yes I still have 1 or 2 a day since my mother passed away but we are working on that it just didn't feel right a total stranger stopping and asking me if I needed a ride I was telling my husband about it I had to laugh cause he said maybe she wanted you or wanted to take you for the ride of your life. I told him no thanks thats not going to happen. You never no these days .have a doctors appointment  tommrrow for another MRI on my lungs so let's see if there's any change . Well let everyone no what doctors find.
