I'm helping a coworker quit smoking she doesn't have a tv phone or cell .Today was here 2nd day on her journey to quit smoking. She told me today her cravings yesterday were terrible I gave her a few tips from here to help her threw them.i also told her to drink plenty of water I printed out a few things from here for her to read which I hope will help her a lot. I just hope she makes it to day 3 won't no til tommrrow. My mom's ashes set on my tv stand now along side or should say together now my brothers and sisters said dad's been with you so mom can be also. I just said crying that's fine. Went back to work today I just had to get up and do something. Today is day 51 for me I can't believe I've made it this far. But I don't even think about smoking anymore. Which is a good thing I guess. Well getting off so I will keep everyone posted on my coworker I can't believe what she was telling me she had no phone, cell, or tv or internet .
