Oh what a day to spend smokeless, injury at work cut the palm of my hand really bad got 4 stitches spent 4 hours in the er for 4 stitches had to be drug tested cause of injury at work I asked the nurse if she could do 1 more test she said what today is my 43 days of being a non smoker was just wondering  if there was any nicotine  still in my blood she said I can do that test for you be right back , she came back about 30 minutes later and said your drug test negative which I new that one your nicotine  test you still has a small trace of nicotine in your blood which if you stay quit you should be no nicotine  in your blood say in 2 or 3 weeks . I told her I thought nicotine was out of my system in like 3 to 4 days.  She say a smoker blood stream is different your blood would have come straight up with nicotine in your body where your blood has almost all nicotine free. She asked me how I felt I told her I have my good days and bad days.but so far using nothing has worked the best for me because I learned from all the times I've tried to quit must have done the right research and made a plan that really worked for me oh don't think the cravings are gone weather big or small there still there my brain on the other hand still thinks I should  smoke but we are working on that.just keep to my VOW and will never smoke again believe me if this is my last attempt to quit and so far I'm on 43 days well my hand is throbbing so getting off everyone stick to your quits you all can do it and remember you have to take the good with the bad and one day at the end of your tunnel there will be a light on that you can say yes I did this just 1 step at a time and 1 day at a time we can do this and I VOW never to smoke again as long as I live .
