Krack3rJack's post kept running through my mind after I read it.
It got me to thinking about the similarities between both addictions.
Smoking and eating addictions are so similar when you really think about it.
You let your addiction convince your mind that things are true and then you ignore anything that states otherwise.
You must reprogram your thoughts to what the truth is in both cases.
