What makes for a successful Quit?
Several years ago I wrote the following.
I sums things up pretty well.
/blogs/oldbones-larry/2015/08/28/5-steps-to-a-successful-quit
Now, you are probably saying that is a very simplified way of looking at the problem of quitting, and you are right.
It makes it look like it is a simple matter to quit.
As the blog says, it really is simple to quit smoking.
Easy??
H3LL NO !!!!
You will go through some really rough days at the beginning.
Things do get easier the longer you are quit.
You must be wary of the traps that will cause you to relapse though.
The fifth step there is really crucial though.
You must live your quit each and every day to the fullest.
It must become your underlying reason for what you do every day.
Do everything to one purpose. Being smoke-free forever.
Travel well and safely my friends.
One step, and then another, will get you to where you want to be.
