Share your quitting journey
Last Friday I visited my neurologist. I was there to check on the results of my latest sleep study.
I finally slept long enough to get a great reading. Five hours of data later, I am diagnosed as having Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
I had plenty of episodes of apnea and Oxygen desaturation to warrant a PAP machine. At one point I dropped to 74% saturation.
The RLS has been treated very well with medication and was non-existant on this study.
I will be going back to the center this Sunday night to titrate a PAP machine. I should have mine here at home by the end of the month.
