Share your quitting journey
Just wanted to update everyone on things.
I am still on the Oxygen at 2LPM. I thing overall I am sleeping a bit better. I am still getting used to sleeping with the cannula on.
I feel that the that RLS is better since I got to the full dosage that was prescribed of the medication for that.

On another front, I am so glad to see the people that are going strong in their quit journey.
To those having difficulties, don't lose heart. I have seen many people that had to start their journey more than once. They made it, so can you.
Ask for help when you feel that you must light one of those Death Sticks. We will help all that we can. We really want you to succeed in your effort to quit.
I personally want you to succeed before you have the problems that I and others here developed from smoking.
Heart disease, vascular disease, COPD. So many illnesses from those Death Sticks.
You make the journey one step at a time, one minute, one hour, one day.
One step, and then another, will get you to where you want to be.
