I want to make sure all of you know that I have been reading all the post. I am having internet trouble the past week and not sure when they will get it fixed. It has been on and off. I have written replies that have just disappeared into the nether to never be seen again With the memory I have the thought is gone forever.
I am reading the book by Allen Carr, The Easyway to Stop Smoking, It was mentioned in a reply. I am sticking with the quit date I have, June 26th. And from now til then will learn all That I can. I will try to come on this afternoon for a bit, but who knows with the internet.
