Day 1... Again

Well, I have to own it. I made the rookie mistake of going to a neighbors' house last night and partaking in more than one shot. And, as it goes, I screwed up. I drank, I smoked, and I ate pizza (been off carbs lately). So I was more than a little disappointed in myself.

But today is a new day and one night slipping up doesn't have to be the end of the quit. So I won't wallow in my failure, I'll learn from it. I'll prepare myself better and I will move forward.

My name is Jennifer and I'm a 35yo Mom of two little girls (7&8) and my fur babies, 2 dogs and a cat. I was probably around 11 when I puffed on my first cigarette but at 16, I was never without a pack. It's time to be forever without a pack.
