A friend asked the other day what the hardest part was of stopping. Told him it wasn't all that hard, just almost insanely annoying when it pops up. Kind of like my little brother poking me when we were little and Mom wasn't looking. So annoying! Mom talking to him didn't stop him, neither did yelling at him. I just learned to give him the evil sister look, then ignore him. Eventually he got bored and stopped. Have applied that philosophy to my quit and it seems to be working ok. That and a cool glass of water! In the last throws of double digit days, Next step triple digit club!
