I do not recall where I first read N O P E, however, I will not forget the meaning and the reminder of NOT ONE PUFF EVER, NO MATTER WHAT!! There have been and continue to be many days I say this over and over to myself! I pray that you find whatever it is you need to be your saving grace from nicotine!
