Staying smoke free

What a great feeling to be smoke free. I’m happy that I have made it 50 days an to me that 50 days make me proud of me because this is the longest I have been without a cigarette in 15 years. I’m happy I have all of you to help me stay on the right track an the best part about all of this is. I haven’t even wanted a cigarette an that makes me proud. Thank you all for all of the stories y’all have shared because I see that I’m not alone. So thank you all an we all can continue to be smoke free with each other help.
