Happy New Year!  I made it one week today.  I am so proud, never thought I would overcome my fear.  I am truly blessed with being on this site with wonderful people that give you positive information to make life easier.  My hat is off to each and everyone of you for taking the time to support and encourage not smoking to new comers.  To God Be The Glory.  I am still struggling, however, you all make it seem like I am not and that is a big blessing.   that I am removing this addiction from my body and mind.

I am 61, adopted twin at age of two both disable (one from child abuse). I am planning on stopping smoking because I need to take care of me to raise these children until adulthood. Smoking is a weakness for me as I am single and spend lots of time with my twins and not adult time.
