I am so glad to be here. Day 1 was easy to get through but day 2 was terrible. I can handle the cravings, just try to keep busy. I think it's working for me because I never smokes in my house or car. To beat the cravings I play hidden picture games. Seems to work but I developed symptoms if vertigo on day 2 and that almost broke me. I hated it more than anything. I ended up just going to bed. Felt much better on day 3. Hopefully that crap doesn't return.
