200 Days!

Someone reminded me that it’s been 200 days now since I quit.  Yep, I’m still quit and it feels good!  These days I rarely feel an urge anymore and when I do I am easily distracted.  Thinking back on the process I have to say that the hardest part is the first week or two, after that it’s just a matter of dealing with the habit and psychological issues, in my case I tried to avoid getting hung up in them.  I am really happy I found this site and this group, it made the difference and to anyone that is struggling, hang in there and learn, learn, learn about the habit to help you move past it!

best,

I have been smoking on and off for 40 years. I quit o che for 4 years and several times for up to a year but fell off the wagon. Otherwise I live a healthy life and value it very much. I am starting to really feel and see the effects and think it’s time I did something about it again. Really hoping I can kick it for good this time.
