its been awhile since since I last posted, just in case anyone was wondering I’m still good. Yes, I’m still adjusting and I get the random craving but it’s manageable and I am really happy with myself and the increased energy and improved health. In my last posting I mentioned I was visiting my niece and she is a big smoker, I decided to get an Airbnb instead of staying with her so I could get away at times in a smoke free area. She was very understanding and barely smoked, it was still challenging but I made it and now know I can do it. I still avoid situawhere there are a lot of smokers while I am drinking.
