I’ve been a smoker for 30 years. I really enjoy smoking but know I have had to quit for years and years. I try to love a healthy live with lots of exercise and organic eating but the cigarettes cancel that all out. Currently I am sick ..started with diagnosis of GERD and put me on meds. Meds made me super nauseas and started triggering nighttime asthma attacks which I’ve never had before. Could be reaction to meds so now off all except for Zantac. Pulmonologist I saw said I have to quit bc it could be beginning of COPD which scares me. Put a nicotine patch on today 1/17 and focusing on long term health although the cravings are fierce!!! Left one cigarette to look at and pick it up every so often and think I can smoke this and slowly suffocate myself or power through but need help and guidance when urges get crazy!!
