Good morning folks. I'm happy to say that many of the suggestions and advice from yesterday made the difference this morning. Instead of having my coffee first thing I took my shower. I realized I needed to move a muscle to change my thought when I was coming downstairs for my coffee. I fed my fish and instead of pouring my cup I marched right back upstairs and took my shower. My distraction continued as I poured my cup of coffee. "I will be in today", I said to myself. I can't think about tomorrow or next week or next month. Today is what I have and I am choosing freedom. I will not smoke. I am calmer this morning, which I am grateful for. I will be In the Day.
