Reflecting

Today has been a reflecting kind of day so far. Have had those automatic passing thoughts of smoking but it dissipates quickly and I return to the present. I have been thinking about when I started smoking, why I started smoking and what has kept me smoking all these years........Well the first and latter are quite clear but when I think about "Why I started" it gets me into a deep intense search of the reasons why I even started to begin with. I started smoking when I was 9 and that's where all my addictions started. That self searching mode is in full effect today.
