I'm a 42 year old woman who has smoked since I was a teenager searching for a place to fit in. I quit smoking once for 6 weeks and most recently for a year and 3 months. I went back to smoking for a month which started with one at a party and then I saw an ex and it was all over!!! I now realize that the ex and the cigarettes need to stay out of my life!!! Taking it one hour at a time at this point but know it will get better. It did before!
