I have been clean from other drugs and alcohol for 8 1/2 years. This is proving to be quite the challenge. I use a 12 step program and have a sponsor. She is the one who suggested I reach out to others for help with nicotine abstinence. Like I mentioned it’s only been 35 days and I’ve been so close to just throwing in the towel. Geez
